销售/成交七步曲


 

我们知道,在一个企业里面只有营销才能产生利润,其他一切都是成本,所以营销对于企业来讲非常重要,对于一个人的职业生涯来讲也同样的重要。

有些人虽然做的不是营销的工作,但是却有营销的意识,因为营销无处不在。(有兴趣的同学,可以读一下这篇文章哈,链接如下:闲谈,销售的本质是什么?)

上文提到,销售的本质是人性的博弈。如何去反推人性博弈背后的规律呢?其实万事万物皆有其运行规律,成交也好,营销也罢。

今天,跟着小花生谈谈人性博弈背后的规律—成交七步曲。

第一步:建立信任基础。各位任何成交的前提都是需要信任的,好比一个乞丐跟你谈如何日入一万,只需要交100元就可以,你会被他成交吗?显然是不会的,

就赚钱这件事,你是不相信他的。如果是马云跟你说如何日入一万,只需要交100元,你会被他成交吗?结局截然相反,就赚钱而已你是相信他的。那么如何去

建立信任呢?建立信任的方式有多种,你可以主动介绍自己,让对方获取到自己更多的信息,有助于建立信任基础。与对方同频,有共同的话题兴趣爱好等,

同样有助于建立信任基础,人总是倾向于信任一个跟自己很像的人,因为客户见了你就像见到了另外一个自己。客户买什么产品不重要,重要的是他跟谁买

记住一句话,没有信任基础的交谈,都是放屁即使你说的天花乱坠。

第二步:捕捉痛点+需求点。在建立信任基础的过程中需要捕捉客户的痛点与需求点,痛点就是恐惧,需求点就是欲望。只要是人就会有欲望和恐惧,

当我们知道客户最想要的是什么,最害怕的又是什么,那么我们就可以掌握主动权。

何为知己知彼,我想这就是吧。

第三步:下危机+造梦想。当我们已经知道了客户的痛点是什么需求点是什么时,我们要做的就是,针对痛点下危机,使命戳,越痛越好。针对需求点,

我们要造梦想,营造出一个画面感,越清晰越好,越完美越好。

这招用的比较好的,是理发店。假如,一个女孩去理发店洗个头,发丝有些分叉。优秀的理发师针对发丝分叉可以成交客户做保养。如发丝分叉,

后期可能会越来越严重,甚至脱发,影响整体形象,不好看等等...

甚至导致男朋友不爱你等等(哪痛戳哪)。紧接着,我们店进口了某某药水或某某仪器,可以完美解决发丝分叉,

而且可以保养头发,整体形象焕然一下(营造画面感,越真实越好,客户恨不得立马就做)

典型的先下危机,再造梦想。(真正的话术肯定更为精炼,我只是阐述这个理)

当然,不要只下危机,不造梦想,这是耍流氓。

第四步:限制时间、地点、名额和送福利,现场成交。当你下危机和造梦想到一定程度时,就需要限制时间、地点、名额等,促使用户下单。

如:今天下单5折,明天原价或者仅限前10名或者买一送一等,促使客户现场成交,以免夜长梦多。

为什么要这样?如果没有这些限制,客户可能会想,我明天再买不行吗,客户会犹豫。我们要给她一个立刻做决定的机会,今天买和明天买不一样。


第五步:打预防针。当客户成交之后,往往对产品和服务有着一些期待,甚至是过高的期待,这时候我们就需要给用户打预防针。

我对你的承诺都能达成,但是你不能有过高的期待,比如你买个洗面奶,不能期待这个洗面奶能把国字脸洗成瓜子脸。

为什么要这样做?如果客户买了产品之后发现没有达到她的预期,会闹很多不愉快。因为我们不是一锤子买卖,我们需要的是客户长期购买。



第六步:跟踪服务、深挖需求、二次成交。存量客户的转化成本相较于新客户其实是很低的,跟踪服务的过程中我们可以持续深挖客户需求。

比如在你这买了个手机,你服务的很好又在你这买了台电脑。


第七步:要求转介绍。当客户已经认可你的服务与产品时,你需要顺势要求对方转介绍。为什么会用“要求”这个词?

因为绝大多数用户都不会非常主动的去转介绍,当你要求这么去做时,因为你的服务较好,客户往往会答应你的要求。

不要想着客户会主动帮你介绍, 所有的事情还是主动点好,特别是销售。转介绍客户往往自带信任基础,极大的方便了下一循环的营销。化于心。
